    11. Using the App or Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or Services, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App or Services.
  • User Content The App or Services may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the App or Services. By posting User Content to the App or Services, you grant Daman fantasy game a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
  • You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to Daman fantasy game; (ii) the User Content is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) the use and posting of the User Content does not violate these Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
